Personal data relating to the management of security breaches will be kept until the process is archived, including, where appropriate, the procedure before the competent authority, after which time they will be blocked, where they will remain during the periods of limitation relating to the fulfilment of legal obligations and/or claims, including those relating to the processing of personal data.

Rights | What are your rights when providing us with your data? Data subjects may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability and limitation of processing by sending their request to this effect to BAIC via the postal or e-mail address indicated in the section identifying the organisation. Should the individual consider that their rights have not been duly addressed, they have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
