Use case
New I-Elevator concept, as a key element in ORONA’s digital ecosystem, enabling the flow of ML and DL models to provide greater intelligence to the management of digital assets and the productivisation of predictive models for the maintenance of elevator installations. In addition, new methods of intelligent interaction with the elevator are added to improve the comfort of the user and maintainer.

Difficulties and learning
Difficulty in obtaining data with defects in production environments. Solution: digital twins and simulators that generate this type of data to strengthen the models and obtain better results. AI models in production environments suffer degradation in performance due to changes in elevator operation. Solution: strategies for monitoring the models and updating them to changes that may occur. The models require adaptation and compression depending on the available resources (computational capacity, memory, etc.).
KPIs (business impact and metrics of the model)
ORONA anticipates an increase in direct labour as well as indirect labour. The results will translate into new multi-brand business models based on the exploitation of predictive knowledge models of elevation components that will initially generate an increase in turnover. A leap in ORONA’s market positioning, not only at the product level, but also at the service level. ORONA plans to increase its export share.
