Febrero en BAIC: Impulso a las capacidades y el talento en IA de Euskadi

Otsaila adimen artifizialeko talentuaren eta gaitasunen garapenarekin dugun konpromisoan mugarri garrantzitsua izaten ari da. BAIC-en onartzen dugu AA-ren berrikuntzaren funtsa teknologia aurreratuetan ez ezik, haiek sortu eta garatzen dituzten pertsonetan ere badela. Hilabetea bazkide berri batekin hasi genuen: Tknika. Eusko Jaurlaritzako Hezkuntza Saileko Lanbide Heziketako Sailburuordetzak sustatutako zentroa da eta ikerketa zein berrikuntza aplikatuan jartzen du arreta, Euskadiko lanbide-heziketa Europako abangoardian egon dadin. 

Eransketaren ostean, beste urrats bat eman genuen adimen artifizialaren ezagutza eta trebakuntza sustatzeko, eta, horretarako, jendaurrean jarri genuen ‘Euskadiko AAren prestakuntza-eskaintzari buruzko azterketa’. Azterketa honen helburu nagusia da Euskadiko AA-ren prestakuntza-eskaintza identifikatzea eta lanbide-profil desberdinetarako duen irismena eta prestakuntza-maila ebaluatzea. 

Emakumeak Zientzian elkartearekin lankidetzan 

Dibulgazioari dagokionez, aurten gazteentzako jarduera bat antolatu dugu Emakumeak Zientzian elkartearekin batera; zientzia eta teknologiaren arloan genero-berdintasuna bilatzen duen ekimena, alegia. Ekitaldian, Ángeles Custodios ikastetxeko Derrigorrezko Bigarren Hezkuntzako (DBH) eta Bidebietako Lanbide Heziketako 166 gazte hartzeko pribilegioa izan genuen. Bertan AA-k eskaintzen dituen lan-aukerez eta garapen pertsonalaz sentsibilizatzeko aukera izan genuen. 

Horrez gain, Lantekeko Lidia Almazánek eta Ibermática Fundazioko Sandra Seijok AA-ren eta teknologiaren arloan izandako ikasleen eta profesionalen esperientziak azaldu zituzten. Haien lekukotasunak inspirazio-iturri izan ziren parte-hartzaileentzat, eta eremu horietako etorkizuneko karrerak aztertzera bideratu eta motibatu zituzten. 

BAICorner: Ikasketak eta Euskadiko AA-ren prestakuntza-eskaintza 

Otsailaren 14an izan zen gure ekitaldirik preziatuenetako bat: BAICorner. Bertan, Euskadiko AA-ren prestakuntza-eskaintzari buruzko azterketa ofizialki kaleratu genuen. Topaketa horretan, gure zuzendaria den Laura Marrón Euskal Herriko unibertsitate nagusietako ordezkariekin bildu zen. 

Parte-hartzaileen artean Tecnun-eko Juan Ferrer-Bonsoms, Deustuko Unibertsitateko Begoña García Zapirain, Mondragon Unibertsitateko Beatriz Laskurain eta EHUko Jose Luis Pizarro zeuden. Jardunaldian, Euskadiko AA-n dauden joerak eta programak aztertzeaz gain, nabarmendu zen enpresek gero eta trebetasun gehiago eskatzen dituztela AA-ren arloan, baita azken garaiotan teknologia horietara iristeko egokitu eta demokratizatu beharra ere.
