Basque Health Cluster elkartearekin egin dugu bat osasunaren sektorera aplikatutako AA-ri buruzko lehen jardunaldia eskaintzeko

Urtarrilaren 25ean, BAIC eta Basque Health Clusterren artean urrian sinatutako akordioaren emaitza gisa, oso ekitaldi berezia ospatu genuen BHC Gosariak izeneko jardunaldien barruan eta bertan, ‘Osasunaren sektorera aplikatutako AA’-ri buruz aritu ginen.  

Dagoeneko artea, hezkuntza eta informatika bezalako hainbat arlotan eragina izan duen Adimen artifizialak (IA) osasungintzan duen potentziala ere erakusteko aukera izan du. Nahiz eta horrek ez dituen medikuak ordezkatuko, aliatu gisa duen zeregina ukaezina da. AA-ren bitartez diagnostikoak bizkortu eta datuak aztertzeko eta prozesatzeko duen gaitasunarekin praktika medikoa aberastu baitaitezke. 

Irailetik, Basque Health Cluster elkarteak BHC Gosariak antolatu ditu aldian-aldian bere kideentzako interesgarriak izan daitezkeen gaiak jorratzeko. AA sistemen zehaztasuna entrenamendu-datuen kalitatearen eta inpartzialtasunaren araberakoa da, eta gardentasunari eta erabilera-erantzukizunari buruzko galderak planteatzen ditu.  

Erronka etiko eta tekniko horiei heltzeko, funtsezkoa da esparru etiko sendoak ezartzea, osasun-sektorean AA garatzeko eta ezartzeko. Segurtasunak, pribatutasunak eta ekitateak funtsezko zutabeak izan behar dute osasun-datuen bigarren mailako erabileran.

Joseba Lakak moderatutako mahai inguru batez gozatzeko aukera ere izan genuen. Bertan Sabino Azcárate (Tekniker), Iván Macía (Vicomtech), Miguel Estera (Tecnalia) eta Lola Verdoy (Biosistemak) AA-k osasunean izango duen etorkizunaz eta enpresentzako erronkei buruz eztabaidatu zuten, eta nabarmendu zuten beharrezkoa dela diziplina arteko lankidetza eta erregulazio etiko sendoa izatea, osasun-sektorean ahalik eta etekin handiena izango duela bermatzeko. 

Etorkizunerako aurrera pausoak eta perspektibak 

Jardunaldia amaitzeko, hainbat enpresak AA osasun-sektorean funtsezko erronkei aurre egiteko erabiltzen ari diren erabilera-kasuak aurkeztu ziren. 

ULMAk UMI DR aurkeztu zuen, erretinografien irakurketa automatizatuaren bidez Erretinopatia Diabetikoa automatikoki bahetzeko diseinatutako AA tresna. Prebalentzia eta diabetesarekin lotutako konplikazioak kontuan hartuta, UMI DR-ek soluzio erabakigarria eskaintzen du begietako gaixotasun hori garaiz detektatzeko eta eraginkortasunez tratatzeko. 

BTI-k bere ikuspegia partekatu zuen AA-ren bidez loaren apneen arriskua ebaluatzeko. Hori guztiori aldagai biometrikoetan eta pazientearen bizi-ohituretan oinarrituta eta nahaste hori izateko arriskua kuantifikatzeko algoritmo adimendunak erabiliz. 

IRISBONDek, bere aldetik, adimen artifizialeko algoritmoek bultzatutako Mamu proiektu berritzailea aurkeztu zuen: webcamean oinarritutako eye trackera. Berariazko hardwarerik ez erabiltzeko gaitasunagatik bereizten da, eta eguneroko gailuetan egiteko aukera ematen du. Proiektu honekin, IRISBOND eye tracking teknologia zeruertz berrietara eramaten ari da. 

Bestalde, Cardiva-k AA pakete kirurgikoen eskaria iragartzeko proiektua aurkeztu zuen; inbentarioa hobeto kudeatzeko eta ospitaleetan stockak haustea saihesteko, alegia. 

Jardunaldian, sektoreko AAren etorkizun oparoari buruzko ikuspegi bat eskaintzeaz gain, datuen kudeaketa etiko eta arduratsuaren funtsezko garrantzia nabarmendu zen.
